2) We Deliver the Gift

• The recipient receives a gift email at the date you choose.
• Inside, they’ll find a simple link to redeem their subscription.

3) Recipient Redeems & Customizes

They select their:

• Coffee style or blend
• Bag size
• Delivery frequency & schedule
• Flavor options (for eligible subscriptions)

The subscription begins and continues until the credits are used up.

4) Credits + Payments Made Easy

• If a shipment total is more than the available credit, the recipient can easily add a payment method to cover the balance.
• If credits remain, they roll forward to the next shipment automatically.
• When credits run out, the recipient can choose to renew or resubscribe—no pressure.

Our coffee bags range from $19–$20 (12 oz) to $38–$39 (2 lb), with larger formats available. These credit amounts are designed to comfortably cover typical monthly shipments while allowing flexibility.

What can the recipient choose?

They can select their preferred coffee style, bag size, delivery frequency, and schedule. Some gift options also allow flavor selection.

What happens if the coffee costs more than the credits?

No problem. If there’s a remaining balance, the recipient can add a payment method to cover the difference.

What if there are credits left over?

Any remaining credits automatically apply to the next shipment.

Do the credits expire?

No—gift credits do not expire.

Does the subscription stop automatically?

Yes. Once the credits are used, the subscription pauses. The recipient can choose to continue if they’d like.

Can the recipient change or skip shipments?

Absolutely. Subscriptions are flexible and can be managed anytime.

Is this certified organic coffee?

Yes. All Terranova coffees are certified organic, responsibly sourced, and roasted with care.

Returns

Coffee – Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and the freshness standards we guarantee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact our support team at customerservice@terranovacoffeecompany.com for assistance.

Shipping

We ship directly to you, and it may take 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after placing it. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. All orders over $45 and members of our subscription service enjoy free shipping.
