Coffee – Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and the freshness standards we guarantee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact our support team at customerservice@terranovacoffeecompany.com for assistance.
Shipping
We ship directly to you, and it may take 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after placing it. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. All orders over $45 and members of our subscription service enjoy free shipping.

Our decaf is made using the Swiss Water® Process, a water-based method that gently removes 99.9% of the caffeine without the use of chemical solvents. The process is designed to preserve the coffee’s flavor and character, so choosing decaf doesn’t mean giving up the coffee experience you love.
